These are built to last. Six years outdoors, rated for it. We skip the fancy UV resistant inks and varnish, and run an old school layer of laminate over our ultradurable line.
Same aggressive-adhesion vinyl as our Stubborn line, so these things will stick to just about everywhere. Add in a layer of laminate, and you trade some conformability around tight bends (think 70 degrees on up) for six-year outdoor protection in a ridiculously adhesive, roughly 9mil sticker, or around 3x the thickness of our Everyday line. Full polymeric construction for real clarity, your colors stay true underneath instead of going muddy. UV blockers fight fading over years outside, not months. A smooth release liner keeps the laminate flat, no rippling, no silvering. Low shrinkage so it stays put at the edges as it ages. Class A fire rated.
These are the toughest stickers in the shop right now.
We run this one on our Eco-sol printer, in smaller batches that can be manipulated by our staff, because they take a bit more manipulation than anything else we stock: off the printer, hang to dry for a day, then onto the laminator, then over to the cutter. Usually we can turn these around in 72 hours, but we promise a 5 business day turnaround for these.
Right now it comes in White, Gloss or Matte finish, and occasionally new inks will show up in the configurator.
Laminate choice is yours. Plain Clear Gloss or Clear Matte at no extra charge, or step up to a holographic overlaminate: Fracture, Prismatic, Super Cosmic, or Hex for a 6 year light show whenever the sun comes out.
Fancy finishes our UV printer can handle aren't available and don't really matter anyway, because the laminate does that job and more instead.
We've got good news and bad news. The bad news: these are the most expensive base stickers we make. Between these and our UV stickers, almost all of the price difference comes from the extra labor to build them, followed by the cost of the laminate, a distant second. That leads us to the good news. We calculated the average labor time for 100 stickers, don't discount above that quantity, and award 100% of the price difference between these and our low energy stickers to the employee, minus laminate costs.
